Squeking sound while turning the steering

start by checking belt tension

replacing the steering gear will solve the problem,we are doing them under warrenty in canada,if it hasnt gone over.
its a squeak while u turn the steering..it almost sounds like it is coming from in side the steering wheel.
no safety issue.
