This may seem a minor problem but its real annoying to me. Next to the shifter is an indicator window that tells you which gear you're in. There is no light or mechanical indicator there on my car. Of course there is an electronic indicator on the dash but for me the steering wheel blocks my line of sight so it would be nice if the indicator by the shifter did something. I called my local dealer and they couldn't tell me if there is supposed to be a light there or not so I am asking you. Also, if it turns out to be a burned out light how do you access it without disassembling the whole console (or is that the only way)? Thank you for any help.
