Transmission problem
2008 Suzuki XL7 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

My transmission seems to slip when accelerating with the engine below normal operating temp. Here is the problem I have, start up the vehicle in the morning let it idle several minutes and the drive off. All seams fine up to around 30 - 35 MPH then if I increase the pressure on the gas pedal the RPM's increase but the vehicle speed does not ( RPM' up to 4000). And if I stop on a incline it is almost impossible to get it moving again. When the engine temp is at normal operating temp the transmission works fine.
