2006 Suzuki XL7 Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 7000 miles

Can you tell me if this vehicle has an onboard computer and if it does how long does it retain information?
I want to see if it showed that a taillight was not working about 13 months ago.

it has a computer .. the computer does not retain this information
