DTC P0128: COOLANT THERMOSTAT MALFUNCTION
Condition
DTC P0128 is set when engine coolant temperature is less than 167°F (75°C) after engine has run for a specified time. MIL is illuminated when ECM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles.
Possible Causes
Possible causes are:
Thermostat malfunction.
ECT sensor malfunction.
ECM malfunction.
