More than likely this is just a failed replacement part, or the issue was misdiagnosed. Unfortunately, this happens pretty frequently.

More than likely this is a slave cylinder issue and not necessarily the master cylinder.

So, I am attaching the process for this but basically, we need to inspect it and look for leaks. If there are any visible leaks, then it has failed.

I suspect the slave is leaking and after the master replacement the system was filled and bled and then it lasted a short time and failed again because you still have the leaking slave.

If it were me, I would suggest taking it apart and inspecting this and go from there.
