2006 Suzuki Vitara turn signals and hazard signal

ignition wasn't turned off all the way, ran battery down, then wouldn't hold a charge. Replaced battery and turn signals flashed fast inside but nothing worked outside. Hazard works inside but nothing outside. Replaced flasher and checked fuse, none blown still not working. What is the problem?

Sounds like the factory security system is going off.Have you tried locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key to see if it wil make it stop? Also try the rear door if the drivers door doesnt work, sometimes they put the master switch on the rear door.
