2006 Suzuki Vitara heater blower not working

No heat and no defroster as the front blower is not working. A very small amount of heat is coming out so the heater is working. It is just not getting blown out with any force. Local mechanic said the blower motor was out. Not cheap. $270.00 for the new motor and shipping. Put it in this morning and still nothing. Fuses good. Put a tester on the plug going to the blower and getting a reading while the car motor is turned on so there is some juice getting to the blower. Just nothing happening when I turn the fan on.

Any ideas....
