Engine Performance problem
2003 Suzuki Vitara 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The vehicle sputtered and died. After several start up attempts, the vehicle started, but began dripping fuel from the exhaust pipe. Inspecting the engine, I discovered fuel on the outside of the manifold that I believe is seeping into the exhaust system. I do not see leaks in the fuel lines. What could be the cause? It was suggested a cracked head, defective head gasket, or defective fuel injector O-ring.
