2001 Suzuki Vitara My check engine light is on

I am Mr. Sigfrid writing from Tanzania East Africa.I bought this car (Suzuki Grand Vitara) from United Kingdom.

I have the problem with my Check engine light, it comes on and off for sometimes, I dont know the reason. On sunday I drove from one region to another about 500km with the light on. Today during the afternoon it goes off but during in this evening it comes on. Please help me on that.

Hi there,

You will need to find a work shop that has a scanner that can interface with your car and read the set fault codes, this it the flashing light that comes up, we need the code No's to determine the cause of this fault.
