2001 Suzuki Vitara 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

i have trouble changing from 4th to 3rd gear when driving at high speeds. it only changes smoothly when i m below 30 miles per hour. also down shifting from 2nd to 1st. it only changes when i am below 10 miles per hour.

start by having the celutch checked !
