i recently changed all my timeing chains because of a ticking noise in motor. ticking got better but never went away. about a week ago it started getting louder and techs put in an additive to free up lifters.
i day ago i lost all oil preshure so now we have replaced oil pump. it started and sounded great for about 10 min and lost all oil presure again.now they are scratching their heads. any ideas

Check and see if the strainer is clogged or the strainer to pump gasket is leaking.
