Air Conditioning problem
1999 Suzuki Vitara 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

When i turn the air conditioner on the car makes a whistling type sound and it vibrates by the engine fan. This is not all the time, but intermittently.

check the system for leaks .. check the compressor and pulley
