WHEN I GO 15 MPH MY JEEP GETS A CLUNKING NOISE AND WHEN I SPEED UP IT SOMETIMES GOES AWAY WHEN I HIT 35 MPH. BUT IT WILL MAKE A NOISE EVERY NOW AND THEN. NOBODY WILL TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.

you need to discover where noise is coming from .. have another tech look at the vehicle
