My brakes lock up when i put the car into reverse. And also the rear brakes will lock up when i am driving. When driving forward I won't even touch the brake pedal and they will lock up.

The rears only, or all four? For the rears, something may have slipped out of place, or the shoes may have been contaminated with fluid...Can you see if you have disc all around? or drums in the rear?

Only the rears lock up. Its drums on the rear.
