2005 Suzuki Verona 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Should I try relacing the ignition coil first or the plug wire first? They are independant ignition coils ....is it common for these to go out. I switched all the sparkplugs out and the diagnostic still shows misfire cyl.number 4. what are the odds its the ECM?

Check spark plug,compression and fuel injector on #4 cylinder.
