my car vibrates a lot when i have it on D and just sitting still, and when i turn on the heater, it starts vibrating more. I though i had to get the throttle body cleaned but that wasn't the case. any ideas?

check the coils and plugs !!

Electronic Ignition System Ignition Coil Description
The Electronic Ignition (El) system ignition coils are mounted directly to the spark plugs. Each El system ignition coils provide the spark for the spark plugs. The El system ignition coils are not serviceable and must be replaced as an assembly.

check the coils and plugs .. is the MIL showing on the dash display !
