2004 Suzuki Verona Wipers

During the recent heavy snow storm my wipers stopped working. When I turn them on there is nothing, however when I use the washer function the wipers will run through their cycle. Where is the problem?

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated Start by checking fuse F17 and F11 in instrument panel fuse/relay box ... repost if these are good ? let me know
