2004 Suzuki Verona turn and hazard signal lights not working

2004 Suzuki Verona 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My turn and hazard lights are not working. fuse are okay but an abnormally continuous sound is emitted when turning on the switches.

It sounds like it could be the switch itself like an internal short circuit which would cause the problem you are describing.
