Key won't turn in iignition. Shifter not moving into neutral. I also noticed that steering wheel isn't locking.
How can I get my car started and what is causing this?
Thank you.

Ok first you are using the factor key not a dup? With what I can find on your problem I feel your ignition switch went bad and that it needs to be replaced. I would recomend that you have a good shop or the dealer do this as it does require special tools and if the key is bad too then it will need to be reprogrammed to use a new key or it will not start as the key is chipped. Here is a pic of what I believe to be the needed fix.
