Serpentine belt

I have a 1997 Suzuki Sidekick. The serpentine belt is slipping. I have looked but can't decipher how to tighten the belt. Also is there any way to tighten the short v belt on the water pump? Can you also furnish a diagram of the belt/pully installation?
