2007 Other Suzuki Models Four Wheel Drive Manual 43000 miles

My Car is running well when I use it on petrol but when its running on Gas (CNG) the engine starts vibrating only when the speed gets slow. This problem is noticed when I keep on my air conditioner. My mechanics always try to tunned the engine but after 2, 3 days the problem again starts.
