WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM IF CAR IS SMOKING AND WATER IS LEAKING FROM VEHICLE AND OVERHEATING

You have a coolant leak at best and a possible head problem as well, get the cooling system pressure tested and rectify any external leaks, replace the thermostat and have the coolant checked for exhaust gases while running, a dirty brow spark plug can indicate a head problem (water in cylinder )
