I have 1998 Suzuki sidekick 4x4 with manual hubs. I hear clicking noise when the hubs are engaged but I cannot tell which side needs to be replaced. How do you determine which side needs to be replaced? Do I need to replace the whole hub or is there a repair kit? If so, how do you determined what is really making this clicking noise?

Manufacturer does not recommend disassembly or repair of locking hub body components. If hub function is faulty, replace hub.
