1997 Other Suzuki Models Clutch/Gears

I had my hydrauli clutch system replaced approx 8 mos ago. It has been extremely cold (10 degrees) for a couple of days, and my gears seemed very difficult to change. Now, my clutch goes all the way to the floor when pushed. Could you help me with the possible problem? Thank you!
