my radiator water is always lost and my cylinder head have a water, how can i fix it the mchine shop is not accept it .

your car has a coolant leak.
it can be caused by 100 things.
this takes EYES on a hot motor or the use of a compression gauge.
1: find someone who can diagnose this issues.
2: then find one who can repair it.
if you desire to diagnose this issues. then say exactly where you see the coolant leak , on a hot motor and under full coolant natural pressure.
that would be a great start. cheers.
