Sometimes alarm goes off (activates) after the vehicle is locked. Every couple of minutes, not right away. Usually it happened only when the car was locked with remote wallet but recently and tonight (it's raining) it happens even when it is locked with key.

Dealer did not find anything when I dropped it with complain under warranty a week ago. The warranty is about to expire but I don't know if they are able to fix it.

Now I'm forced to leave the car open for night due to noise for neighbors and battery.

Your going to have to get firm with the dealership. Start with service manager and firmly (not nasty), tell him you want this resolved and that you paid for a car that isn't working right. IF they have to replace every component to get it fixed that your security should not have to be at risk.

Call 1-800-934-0934 for Suzuki customer service. You need the VIN number and current mileage first. I talked to Reece at extention 2459. Talk to him and he said he will review the case.

IF you still aren't getting this resolved. You may need to talk to the salesman that sold it to you. If he isn't there then any salesman in the showroom while there are other customers. You may need to get loud to get results. This is the last resort and sometimes the final attempt at resolution.
