2003 Suzuki Aerio Door locks

The passanger side doors are locked and the driver side doors are unlocked. When you hit the button on the key fob you can hear the acuaters go but the locks do not change position. If you try to use the key the locks will not budge. All fuses have been checked and are fine any sugestions.

POWER DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR INSPECTION Disconnect power door lock actuator coupler. Connect battery positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to the door lock actuator terminals (a, b) as shown. If it does not operate as specified, replace door lock actuator. Fig. 21: Checking Power Door Lock Actuator
