My susuki is doing some weird things. Last week, my daughter was driving and it just cut off in the street and it wouldn't start up. I towed it to a mechanic and it started up, he drove it, but it keeps cutting off. I am at the second mechanic and he thinks it needs a distributor. Some other dealers I called said that that year car did not come with a distributor but a throttle body (electric) with a air temp sensor on top. But this mechanic says that he is not 100% sure but 75% that is needs a distributor.

What should I do? All of the suzuki mechanics are very far away from where I live and their prices will probably be doubled.
