2003 Suzuki Aerio

Hi, this is what happend I took my battery of and put it back on, and the car wouldnt star no fuel pressure, next day mess aroun with the relays from the fan and the fan and fuel pressure would come on shortly but off again, and I have both cold and hot symbols flahing, please help, thanks
