I drove over a small curbed barrier around a tree in a parking lot. Tried to drive through a parking space rather than reverse out. Did not see curb. Drove over on right side only, both front and back tires. Minimal speed, maybe 1 mph. Should I be concerned about suspension damage? No visual damage to tires, tire well, or under carriage I can see.

Not at that speed. You might have drug the chassis but if you didn't hear it drag it shouldn't be a problem. Now if you had been at speed and hit hard enough to bounce the car into the air or snap the wheel out of your hand then you have a problem. Vehicles are designed to take a lot of punishment and keep going.
