I had the control arm/ball joint and tie rod end replaced on the driver side. I just had the struts replaced last week. I know the roads are bad, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference when going over even the smallest cracks/divots in the road. Should I have also replaced the stabilizer bars? There still feels like a bounce when going over the cracks/divots like it was before changing the struts. I did not change the shocks on the back yet, but the bounce is in the front.

Good afternoon,

What kind of struts did you use to replace them? What brand?

That makes a big difference. The cheaper ones do not stiffen up the suspension that much.

You got the best.

The links are for sway, not bounce.

It should only bounce one tie and return to height.

If the rear shocks are worn, it will joust the car as well. I would replace the rear shocks and see if it is any better.
