coil spring mount, is it replaceable?

Trying to determine what to call this broken or rusted out part is? It holds the shock and spring in place. Is it replaceable?

It look like you have rust problems, by the looks of just that side you will need to inspect all suspension part first and then visit the nearest used part lot and it would be a good idea to get complete front end (strut tower is looking what you need but remember do to rust the other side will go as well).
