Hit a minor pothole with my front passenger tire yesterday, little while later I started hearing a tire rotational whirring noise from that front passenger tire. It only happens when driving above 15-20mph, gets worst around 40mph and then can almost not even hear it above around 50-60.

Heres a few things hitting a pothole can cuase
Keep in mind these things are not that comon but can happen...
Wheel bearnig damage actually least likely ..
Wheel hop or wobble due to loosing a wheel weight and knocking it out of balance when hitting the pothole ..it can blow out a shock if its already worn to a certain limit rupture a tire on the inside or outside somewhere you cant see it but can feel and hear it.. damage a shock
These are only a few things ..but in your video it sounds to me like the tire was ruptured some how but its hard to tell so the ultimate best thing to do at this point for maximum safety reasons is take it to a shop to be inspected thoroughly..and it should be driven on the highway at all till its figured out could be dangerous...hope this help good luck let us know what you find .
