My car has been making a weird sound whenever I drive and when I get inside the car. I’ve already asked about the problem but was told it was probably the brakes. I, however, hear the difference between a brake squeak and the noise my car is making. Please let me know what part I need to fix. I will respond with more videos if I am asked to. It makes a see-saw sound, and the car is not on or on drive.

Thanks for the video, I don't think that it is the brakes, I am thinking struts, or the sway bar links or main bushing, it is coming from the front or rear, left or right side? Please try to find the noise and get a video of it, I will show you how to fix it. Are you pushing down on the car to make that noise?

Once I start hitting higher speeds (45-70) the noise seems to go away. It also does it while I’m braking and while I’m driving so, I don’t suspect it is a brake problem. I suspect it is the suspension because when I start to sit inside the car it starts to shake and rattle. Can someone please tell me what part it is suspected to be or what kind of issue it is?

When the brake pads get low, they have a warning "screamer" that makes noise at slow speeds and when you hit the brakes, this can vary, I would remove the front wheels and inspect the brakes. I can tell for sure if you can please shoot a quick video with your phone. You can upload it here with your response. These guides and video, can help you lift the car safely and remove the front wheels and do the brakes if needed:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I will be posting a video later so please bear with me as I try to get home. But I’ll give you a little more insight. The brakes are ready for a replacement, but this sound is different. I’ll send a video of me getting in the car and one of me driving.

This is the noise that it makes just by mounting on the car. It is not turned on or anything.

It is coming from the driver's side and yes, the noise is made with downward movement. Also, what would you recommend me taking a video of? I could jack up the car and move the tires to get the sound if you want.

Yes, anything to get a better idea of where the noise is coming from.
