Engine surge between 2,000 and 3,000 RPM's

under normal acceleration, between 2000 and 3000 rpm's, there is a huge surge, intense acceleration. replaced ECM, injectors, wires, plugs, clutch. gradually gotten worse.. hard to drive. have to ride clutch, to lessen surge.

This sounds like a vacuum leak so we need to start with this guide and run through it to find if we have an issue here:

Also, if the RPM surge and it is accelerating then the PCM is matching the possible incoming air with fuel so the RPM is racing.

If it were just air coming in then the vehicle would run poorly so I suspect the air is coming in prior to the air flow sensor. Make sure you test the air intake with the spray fluid as well and that will tell us if that is the issue.
