Air suspension converted to springs, suspension fault waring on dash and dinging

That is an interesting issue and if there is a dinging then I can understand the need.

So, I have never tried this, but it does look like the suspension control system is completely independent. Looking at the wiring diagram I don't see where this info is shared with the ECM so that means it should be able to be unplugged and the chime should stop.

The only reason it would not stop is if the suspension control module sends a specific voltage to the cluster to stop the indicator.

If that is the case, then unplugging the module will not stop it. The only way to stop it at that point is to apply that amount of voltage to the cluster circuit so that the cluster thinks the suspension control module is telling it everything is fine.

Let's start with unplugging the module and see what happens.

I attached the info below on where this is including the wiring diagram with the circuit to the cluster highlighted.

I had previously pulled fuse 57 in front fuse box and 18 in the rear fuse box. A had missed fuse 7 in the front fuse box. Pulling 7 stopped the dinging and the dash warning script.

That is great info. Clearly that is much easier and a better way to go than leaving a connector unplugged but gives the same result.
