Sunroof/moonroof won't tilt or open, but shade will operate. What could be my problem?

Hi,
The first thing we need to check are the fuses. There are two fuses located in the body control module which tie into the sunroom. If you look at pic 1 below, it shows the location of the body control module. In pic 2, I highlighted the two fuses I need you to check.
In addition to checking the fuse condition, I need you to confirm there is power both to the fuse and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:
