Sunroof weather stripping replacement

I need to replace the weather stripping around the sunroof. I am attaching a picture of a product I found on eBay and wonder if you can render an opinion if this will work, particularly the dimensions.

If you attached any pictures they didn't come through. I've attached replacement steps on how to remove and install below. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
