For the pass weeks my sunroof would not open. When I click the switch, a clicking sound is heard on the back of the sunroof. Also the fuse on the interior lights keeps blowing off. Im thinking there is a short somewhere.

Hello, I'm Danny.

I tend to agree with you thinking there is a wiring short. Here is a tutorial showing how to test wiring:

I've attached a wiring diagram below of the sunroof circuit for your car. I've cut the pictures in half so you can view larger. I've also included picture steps on how to remove the sunroof switch and sunroof motor. Hope this all helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello, I am having problems with my power door locks constantly going up and down and the alarm will go off if any door is opened unless the key is in the riverside key hole. And the electric start stopped working and our sun roof wont open and the electrical outlets in the car no longer work.

That is a good question. It sounds like it is dealing with the security system which opens the doors to many things. What I would suggest is to take it to a dealer where they have the proper test equipment to check the system. Otherwise, it becomes a hit and miss procedure. One thing I would suggest is to check the battery terminals to make sure they are tight and clean. Also, check to see if there are any broken body grounds that could have an affect on the system. After that, even the body control module may be having issues.
