Sunroof

Hello my name is Kat. I have a 2006 toyota camry. My sunroof is making a cracking noise. I have it in a tilt position. I also noticed there is a spring slightly out. When I pressed the button for the sunroof to go down. The spring moves but the sunroof wont close.

there are three different sunroofs for this car, have it checked for broken parts and which type it is as they can all operate differently.....I tmay need to be scanned for codes
