Truck has suddenly started stalling. After running for 2 to 3 minutes after a cold start it stalls. Quick stall as if I've turned the key off, no stuttering or bogging first. It does the same when pressing the accelerator. Only code is 32 for the egr valve. I removed the valve, cleaned with carb cleaner and re-installed. No changes.

Yep, many thigs can cause this but I would try temporarily disconnected the EGR valve vacuum line and plug it then take it for a short drive to se if anything changes. Also please go over this guide as well. It goes over the popular problems for this issue.

Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on. Please go over this guide and get back to me.

Thank you. Ended up replacing egr valve and solenoid. No changes.
Timing wise it's right at the 3 minute mark after cold starting, it stalls. Sprayed around the throttle bottle and didnt notice any changes. Fuel pump kicks on. It is slow to start about 15- 20 seconds cranking before starting.

I needed you to simply remove the vacuum line from the valve and plug it to see if it changes, I have seen the EGR get pulled on when the engine gets warm due to a ECM prom error and this would let us know if this is happening. You can disconnect the control solenoid as well to see if it does not stall.
