This morning, my car seized in the middle of the feeder. When I pulled off to stop and investigate, it lost all acceleration, and the steering became rigid and immovable. I parked, and turned the vehicle off, restarted it with no issues doing so, but now it shows all the gear lights simultaneously, and won't accelerate over 15 - 20 MPH when I attempt to drive. I've stopped, so it's not being pushed any further. I just had an oil change done, and it didn't need any work before. Is there any indication as to what could be happening? This car is old, and has 275,000+ miles on it, as well.

This sounds like you have a bad PCM but to be sure we need to do a CAN scan which is easy to do, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $30.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is how to replace the PCM just in case you need it, you can get a rebuilt PCM by searching Google or eBay have your VIN number ready. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
