sucking noise through throttle body when first started

Hello, so I have a 1974 Dodge D100 custom street truck with a 360 Magnum from a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500, it has headers and a cold air ram intake. After it has been sitting all night and when you first start it there's a loud sucking noise through the throttle body and it will stall the engine a few times, after it warms up the engine runs fine. The throttle body has all new sensors.

It sounds like the idle air control motor is not working correctly which is common, but we should run the codes in case something comes up, also I have included the IAC motor int he diagrams below so you can check it out. I would clean the motor and passengers first to see what happens.
