Subwoofer swap?

I recently blew my factory subwoofer that came with the car. I ordered the exact one that blew and wanted to know how to go about making the swap of the two.

To change out the subwoofer speaker there are two different configurations which I have included in the images below. It looks like you just remove the cover and the fasteners, and the sparker will come out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
