2005 Subaru WRX My Subaru Is miss firing badly need help

I just need a few ideas on why or what would cause my subaru to miss fire so bad, and I mean bad help would be greatly appriciated.

Just a few initial ideas, spark plugs, and wires. After that would distributor cap. But some more information would be helpful, did it just happen all of a sudden? Was the car sitting for a long time? Did you buy it in this condition?
