my car wont start, fuel its not been deliver cause it doesnt get to gas filter, i change the fuel pump relay and still wont start, could it be the fuel pump or should i try the fuel pump regulator? so my main question is Where is the fuel pump regulator located?

check fuel pressure at fuel rail. if fuel pressure is weak than suspect faulty pump. if fuel pressure is present then replace regulator.
