My OUTBACK runs rough when not used for 2 or 3 days or in damp weather. After you run it about 3 OR 4 MILES it then starts running normal. It does come up with a check engine light but I think this is due to the rough misfiring engine when cold. Im thinking maybe my the wires or cap , whats your thoughts ....Thanks

Per form a tune - up first, and not worth being cheap on the parts either.
