2004 Subaru Outback How to fix Diagnostic Code Readings

My Sabaru recieved three Dianostic Code Readings. Can you tell me what speciifically needs to be fixed?
1. PO420 (Orange light) - Catalyst system efficiency below threshhold, Bank 1.
2. PO302 (Red light) Cylinder 2 misfire detected.
3. PO420 (Pending)

P0420 is usually caused by a failing or bad catalytic converter or leakages in the exhaust system..

P0302 is misfiring of cylinder #2. Check the spark plugs and related parts.
