2003 Subaru Outback lights won't turn off

Electrical problem
2003 Subaru Outback 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 100k+ miles

My clearance/tail lights will not turn off. I have to disconnect the battery to shut them off. Can also shut off by pulling clearance/tail light 10 amp fuse. Suspect the relay is the problem but don't know which one it is. The relays under the dash aren't marked.

I don't know if this will help but there is a switch on the top of the steering column that activates the park lights even when the vehicle is off. It is hard to notice if you don't use it but perhaps this switch is on .... or maybe something in it has failed and therefore makes your light remain on
